1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tenzro, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Tenzro", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Tenzro Cloud at cloud.tenzro.com or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Services

Tenzro Cloud provides a unified developer platform for building intelligent applications, including:

  • Data management services (Vec, Kev, Data, File, Graph)
  • AI and machine learning infrastructure
  • Model deployment and management (Hub)
  • Developer tools and APIs
  • One-click deployment capabilities

3. Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Distribute malware or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
  • Engage in any activity that could harm Tenzro or its users

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Tenzro Cloud. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the services to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content. Your data remains your property.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain services may require payment. Fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur any charges. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time.

8. Intellectual Property

Tenzro Cloud and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tenzro, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENZRO, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tenzro, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
